二、课程简介(Course Description)

物理化学实验是继无机化学、有机化学、分析化学、物理化学等课程之后的一门独立的实验课程,实验包括热力学、电化学、动力学、催化化学、表面和胶体化学、物质结构等方面的内容。它是化学实验科学的重要分支,它综合了化学研究领域中所需要的基本实验技能和方法。学生通过实验理论讲座的学习和实验操作,可以更好地理解和掌握物理化学知识,提高实验动手能力。它借用物理的方法来研究化学问题,既是经典化学实验的提高,又是现代化学实验的基础。


Physical chemistry experiments is an independent experimental course after inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, and physical chemistry courses, The experiment contents include the thermodynamics, electrochemical, dynamical mechanics, catalytic chemistry, surface and colloidal chemistry,material structure, etc. It is one of important chemical experiment courses and includes the basis skills and methods required by chemical researches. The students can get an in-depth understanding of physical chemistry theory and improved to large degree their experimental skills. In this course we will learn how to investigate the chemical problems by using physical tools. It is not only an improvement of classical chemical experiments but also a basis of modern chemical experiments.
